How we work and what we buy:

Our rice (Yasmin rice), coconut milk, curry pastes, soy sauces etc. all come originally from Thailand. We always buy our vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, Thai eggplant, broccoli, potatoes, soy sprouts etc. fresh from regional suppliers and they are at most 1 day old. All of this and the accompanying spices make the food so fresh and tasty.
